The decision was to proceed with shipping. Fourteen of these containers used Cold Wind System technology, while the others did not.\r\nUpon arrival in Japan, a group of exporters, having decided to ship despite the delay, planned a collective lawsuit to claim damages from the shipping company. Cold Wind System users doubted their fruit would arrive fresh, while non-users were convinced their shipments would be overripe.\r\nConfident in the effectiveness of our technology, we advised our users not to join the lawsuit but to wait until their cargo was inspected. As expected, the containers using Cold Wind System arrived in perfect condition.
